Shipping:
Orders are usually shipped within 2 days of order being placed. We do offer overnight or 2-day shipping at an additional charge. Please call or email for those rates.
Returns:
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Buckle Your Belt would like to ensure our dedication to work with you on any issue you may have with your purchasing experience. We accept exchanges within 15 days of delivery for the same style but different size if other size is available, and returned items must be in sellable condition. Same shipping and handling fee will apply. Return in sellable condition is accepted for any item within 15 days of delivery with full refund of the item cost but shipping and handling fee is not refundable. If the return is a result of our error (incorrect item shipped or defective item, etc), you may return the new item or defective item sold by Buckle Your Belt within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of item cost. Items that are opened or returned more than 15 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. When making a return or an exchange, please include a copy of original invoice in the package.
